How It Works

1. Reserve your luggage storage through the Bounce app or website.
2. Select Just A Second Tax Service LLC as your storage location.
3. Complete your reservation and payment through Bounce.
4. Bring your reservation confirmation and your luggage during business hours.
5. We securely store your belongings until you're ready to pick them up.

What to Bring

Please bring:

• Your Bounce reservation confirmation (digital or printed)
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• The luggage or items included in your reservation

Please Note:

Just A Second Tax Service LLC is an authorized Bounce Luggage Storage Partner.

We do not:

• Accept luggage without a valid Bounce reservation
• Set or modify Bounce pricing
• Process refunds for Bounce reservations
• Change or cancel reservations made through Bounce
• Transport luggage to another location
• Store prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items
• Accept responsibility for items prohibited under Bounce's Terms of Service

All reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and customer account management are handled through Bounce. Storage availability is subject to capacity and our normal business hours.

Customers must reserve and pay for their storage through the Bounce platform before arriving at our location. Upon arrival, please present your Bounce reservation confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID to check in your luggage.
