We collect fingerprints electronically for state and federal background checks required by employers, licensing boards, government agencies, schools, healthcare organizations, and other authorized entities.

Our trained enrollment specialists verify your identity, collect your fingerprints electronically, and securely transmit them through the IdentoGO system.

Appointment Requirements:

Appointments must be scheduled through IdentoGO by IDEMIA or the requesting agency before visiting our office.

Please Bring:

Your UEID (Universal Enrollment ID) Number

A valid government-issued photo ID

Any additional documentation required by the requesting agency

Your UEID (Universal Enrollment ID) Number is required for us to access your enrollment record and complete your fingerprint collection.

We do not:

Schedule appointments on behalf of IdentoGO

Conduct background investigations

Receive or interpret background check results

Determine eligibility for employment or licensing

Approve or deny applications

Control processing times or background check decisions

All appointment scheduling, fingerprint processing, background screening, and application decisions are managed by IdentoGO by IDEMIA and the requesting agency.

Applicants must schedule their appointment through IdentoGO by IDEMIA (or the requesting agency, if applicable) before visiting our office for fingerprinting and must present their UEID (Universal Enrollment ID) Number along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service.
