Our team provides professional assistance with the acceptance and release of eligible Vinted Go parcels in accordance with Vinted Go procedures.

Package Drop-Off Requirements:

Packages must be properly prepared and meet all applicable Vinted Go shipping requirements before being brought to our location.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their package is properly packaged and that any required shipping label, QR code, or other shipment information has been generated through Vinted or Vinted Go before visiting our location.

Package Pickup Requirements:

When picking up a package, please have:

• Your Vinted Go pickup notification

• Your pickup code, QR code, or other required collection information

• A valid government-issued photo ID, if required for your shipment

Packages can only be released when the required Vinted Go pickup information has been provided and successfully verified.

Please Note:

Just A Second Tax Service LLC serves as an authorized Vinted Go Shop.

We do not:

• Buy or sell Vinted items on behalf of customers

• Shop for items from a customer's Vinted account

• Create or manage Vinted accounts

• Generate shipping labels on behalf of customers unless specifically permitted by Vinted Go

• Determine shipping or delivery times

• Control package transportation after a parcel leaves our location

• Determine refunds, buyer or seller disputes, or Vinted account decisions

• Control lost, delayed, damaged, or returned package determinations

Purchases, sales, shipping instructions, tracking, refunds, disputes, and other marketplace transactions are managed through Vinted and Vinted Go.

Customers should complete all required steps through their Vinted account before visiting our location for package drop-off or pickup.
