We capture your photo according to the specifications established by Fieldprint and the requesting agency to help ensure it meets submission requirements.

Appointment Requirements:

Appointments must be scheduled directly through Fieldprint or the agency requesting your badge photograph.

Before arriving for your appointment, please bring:

A confirmed Fieldprint appointment

Your Fieldprint Appointment Number or Registration Number

A valid government-issued photo ID

Any additional documentation required by the requesting agency

Your Appointment Number/Registration Number is required for us to access your appointment and complete your badge photography.

Please Note: Just A Second Tax Service LLC serves as an authorized Fieldprint Collection Partner.

We do not:

Schedule appointments on behalf of Fieldprint

Issue identification badges or credentials

Print identification cards or badges

Approve employment, licensing, or certification applications

Receive or determine application results

Control processing times or agency decisions

All appointment scheduling, photograph processing, credential issuance, and application decisions are managed by Fieldprint and the requesting agency. Clients must schedule their appointment through Fieldprint (or the requesting agency, if applicable) before visiting our office for badge photography.
