Just A Second Tax Service LLC is proud to serve as an authorized Fieldprint Collection Partner, providing Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification services for employers and newly hired employees.

If your employer has directed you to complete your Form I-9 through Fieldprint, we provide in-person identity and employment authorization document verification in accordance with federal requirements and your employer's instructions.

Our trained staff will verify your original identity and work authorization documents and complete the authorized verification process through the Fieldprint system.

In-person Form I-9 identity verification

Review of original employment authorization documents

Verification of identity and work eligibility documents presented

Completion of the employer-authorized verification process through Fieldprint

Secure submission through the Fieldprint platform (when applicable)

Appointment Requirements:

Appointments must be scheduled directly through Fieldprint or your employer before visiting our office.

Before arriving for your appointment, please bring:

A confirmed Fieldprint appointment

Your Appointment Number or Registration Number

Original, unexpired employment authorization documents acceptable for Form I-9 verification

A valid government-issued photo ID (if required)

Any additional instructions provided by your employer

Your Appointment Number/Registration Number is required for us to access your appointment and complete your I-9 verification.

Acceptable Documents:

Employees must present original, unexpired documents from the Lists of Acceptable Documents for Form I-9. Photocopies, expired documents, or digital images cannot be accepted unless permitted by federal regulations.

Please Note:

Just A Second Tax Service LLC serves as an authorized Fieldprint Collection Partner.

We do not:

Schedule I-9 appointments on behalf of Fieldprint or employers

Hire employees or determine employment eligibility

Make hiring decisions

Complete Section 1 of Form I-9 for employees

Accept expired or unacceptable documents

Override employer or federal verification requirements

All appointment scheduling, employment decisions, and final Form I-9 compliance are the responsibility of Fieldprint, the employer, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Clients must schedule their appointment through Fieldprint (or their employer, if applicable) before visiting our office for I-9 verification.
